Form Category: Transcript Request and Release
All transcript requests must be made in writing to the SCVCS Registrar. If your student is currently enrolled, email the Registrar (registrar@scvcs.org) requesting an unofficial transcript and include the student’s full name, date of birth, and confirm your mailing address – or download and send the completed form to the Registrar. If your student has been withdrawn please download, complete, and email the Student Records Request form. Official transcripts are sent directly from school to school or school to college and are not provided to parents or students.
Please allow two weeks notice for all transcript requests.
